I confess that I was too lazy to cut a curve this morning so I found a wavy banner on the CTMH Artistry cartridge and stretched it out on Cricut Craft Room. Dug a piece of DP out of the scrap pile and went from there. Don't look too close at the hand drawn dots. If you want perfect, buy a Hallmark ;-).

What a wonderful card you made here!! I love the clear dots on top and the EF dots on bottom mixed with that striped paper - your sentiment is so perfect - ready to make anyone smile!!

Very cute card. Love how you used the curves and put the striped paper underneath. Love the dots. Your free-hand dots are great. Nice embossed and accent dots. I've always liked that sentiment. Yes, I do remember when Stampin' Up! sold other stamps from other companies and when some of the stamps were mounted on foam. I was a demonstrator back when it was changing to exclusive SU!
