This is for Lisa's great WTUI challenge - check it out HERE: WT592 Decorative Borders
I made this a couple of months ago (with my dad in hospital I was working ahead whenever I had spare time), so thank goodness I found the tutorial link bookmarked because I wasn't coming up with anything on a Google search. The tutorial I used is by Lyssa Griffin Zwolanek and you can find it HERE.
I pretty much followed the tutorial, adding a curved border and spray of flowers to the front. I added another decorative border along the top of the insert, stamped a sentiment and then a flower border coloured with pencils. I finished it off with a butterfly (Sizzix, I think) on the front. The curved lacy border tucks nicely under a flower petal to keep it closed.
Thanks for a great challenge, Lisa!

Beautiful. Love the design. Thanks for sharing the tutorial link. The die-cut border is great. I was thinking of buying that exact one, so it's timely and helpful to see it in on your card. Your creation is so beautiful. Love the colors and patterns you've used. Great card! TFS
