Karen is this week's hostess for the color challenge. Her colors are Mint Macaron, Blushing Bride and Blackberry Bliss. The colors are lovely together.
This is one of the time's when my card does not match what was in my head in any way! I need an Easter card to send to my kids and they have come to expect something strange. Strange it is!
BG is from stash. I believe it was one of my first experiments with alcohol ink. Crazy bird and bunny ears were stamped, colored with alcohol markers and fussy cut. Egg was stamped, sponged with ink and the cute little bunny snipped out! Stamped the sentiment and fussy cut. Assembled, added a cotton ball as a tail and sponged around image with grey to shadow. Added pink and white twine to complete. TFL

Love everything about this...you're right...this is a stunning colour combination. These birds crack me up! I saw them at Michael's recently...and I had a 50% off coupon...but I ended up choosing something else!!! Arg. Great bunny bird.

Oh, Carla, this is absolutely darling and hilarious! And I totally love it and your creativity! Amazing! And what a giggle my DD sis Susie gave me when she phrased it - hehe! She is a joy, and you've really delighted us with this one! Hugs!
