One of my personal aims (let's not call it as strong as a resolution) is to use up more the of rejected backgrounds in my "spares" box, and this is one. A bonus for the challenge theme. It was created using the Embossing Folder stamping tutorial, with watercolour paper and Twinkling H2Os.
I cut an aperture in the centre, and layered the sentiment panel behind it. It's edged with narrow double-sided tape and silver glitter, and then , this is my real contribution to Toni's challenge, I used up some old, old non self-adhesive bling to make a frame around the oval aperture. The die-cut word was cut from thin card with a layer of double-sided tape, and I burnished the glitter onto it.

Sabrina, good to see this "rejected" bg put on a card - it looks terrific! That is a lot of bling to use up, too, around the frame and looks very effective!

Wow! Are you sure you have any 'bling' left in your stash? This is absolutely fabulous! I love the background stamping technique too. Thanks for reminding me about it and the inspiration.

This is beautiful. Love, love the bling, sparkle and shine. Awesome background. I like the silver glitter edge. The sentiment is wonderful, especially with the sparkly you. The part that really amazed me was your patience to adhere all those non-adhesive rhinestones. Wow! You used them well. The colorful, sparkly frame is beautiful. Nicely done. TFS
