This is my card for the MMTPT338 challenge "Troubles With Bubbles". We were challenged to create a card featuring or using bubbles to send to a fellow Teapotter - it's Tickle week!
I had so much fun making this card. I stamped the image and imported into Photoshop for a bit of alteration. After removing the word "Kitty" from the bowl and deleting the bubble bath container, I enlarged the image and added the digi wallpaper behind it. On separate layers, I added the floor using tools in Photoshop, and the sentiment.
I printed it on white cs and colored the focal image with colored pencils. The tub was glazed with Tsukineko Glaz-on, and the bubbles were painted with Stardust Stickles. When the Stickles dried, I applied Glossy Accents to the bubbles individually, skipping around and letting them set somewhat before I applied to adjoining bubbles. It took a while, but doing it this way allows for better texture. I shadowed the sentiment with a Stardust Gelly Roll pen, double matted the focal and attached it to the card base.
As always, thanks for looking! Happy New Year!

This is just way too cute, Jody! Great use of your computer skills to make this just the way you wanted it. Your tile floor is super and your bubbles look holographic - genius!

Aah is right!!! Jody, this is just so adorable and cute. The shadowing and gloss and glitter add so much depth, it's hard to believe it's just one layer on the base.

Jody, this is so precious. Of course, your coloring is fantastic, but putting the "bubbly" DP as a bg is BRILLIANT! Your skills with Photoshop leave me in envy....the perspective on the floor tiles is PERFECT!

Since I can barely turn a computer on, the things you do with photoshop amaze me. The design of this card is terrific, and I love your 3D bubbles. The floor sure turned out great and adds to the 3D look of your card. Into my favs.
