I needed to create a card for a guy friend of ours who just loves dogs! I bought the ribbon at Michael's....the colors in it dictated the colors of the card. Also, this is the first time I've tried the Prismacolors/Mineral Spirits technique. I just did the truck with the Prismas. I need to practice!!! The rest of the card is watercolored with ink pads & pastels. BTW...I bought a 32 oz. bottle of odorless mineral spirits at the hardware store for $4.99. Cheaper than you can find in a crafts store! Your coloring on the truck is wonderful. You practiced enough and got it down perfectly. I love your color choices and how they match the ribbon. Great choice. The little truck and the dogs are one of my most favorite sets. TFS!

This is one my first set that I purchased! I just love it! This card is really cute! (I'm going to have to look into the mineral spirits technique!)
