This for MariLynn's Mix challenge to use flowers to create a smashed or pounded look. I used geraniums from my patio (they're actually a deep pink..but they turned out purple on this) and some of their leaves for my flowers. I ran it through my Cuttlebug as per her directions. After my paper dried (she advised there may be some "juice"..no kidding!) I cut them out. I added some extra watercolors to the leaves as the color on those was so pale. The bg is made using brushos. I then applied some gesso through a leaf stencil and doodled around the edge. A also spritzed on some glimmer mist and added wink of stella to the flowers. This is also for Robin's' F4A challenge to use an odd number of stamps..I used only one. This also fits the monthly theme of dots and doodles.

I really like how your geraniums turned out. I did the pounded technique once many years ago. I have now forgotten what flower I used...maybe a hydrangea.
Good job with the doodling...something that scares me to do. Ha
