The colors that I chose from the ones that Mary offered are:
Hello Honey
Lost Lagoon
Sahara Sand
I chose not to add dessert.
I used MariLynn's Smash Technique from MIX118....using acrylic paints as close to the prescribed colors as possible. Added some Mr. Huey's sprays and Viva gold after smashing. That created the bg. The rest was simple stamping(sentiment) and applied die cuts.

I think you like hollyhocks, Sallie ~ I have seen you do watercolored hollyhocks and now this great die cut. These flowers have special memories for me as my aunt grew them and showed me how to make hollyhock dolls when I was a little girl. Love your background, as well - will have to go look up Marilyn's technique.

I love the wonderful way you combined the colors for the bg, Sallie, and the hollyhocks are such a pretty addition. My grandmother's garden had hollyhocks, and to tell the truth, I have never seen any anywhere else. This was sort of a trip down memory lane for me. Thx.
