This is a birthday card that I made for the Inspiration Challenge. I have never tried this challenge before, in fact I have only tried one other challenge in total, so I hope I am doing this right. The teapot is a diecut from Spellbinders Tea Service and the banner at the bottom is a diecut from Memory Box - Primo Labels. The backer card for the teapot is a free printable I found on Pinterest. I added a red gingham bow and some buttons. There is a felt flower I diecut in the middle of the teapot and a tiny red button to top it off. The sentiment stamp is from Papertrey Ink.

Wow! Straight to my favs! I am so glad you give the inspiration challenge a try! Your design is truly fabulously inspiring and a wonderful take on the inspiration. I have always favored the inspiration challenge (way before I became a hostess) mostly because I love 'conceptual design', and designing cards that match the interests or personality of the recipient. This challenge helps me to further develop that skill as I imagine the concept of the inspiration image as the 'personality' of the recipient! I don't think you would ever have to look at it that way though...you can simply be inspired by a word, or a color, or a texture even, to get your creative juices flowing in the IC. I have always believed that "inspiration is everywhere, and anywhere, for the artist within you", you just have to look a bit for it! Thank you for joining in today, I hope we will be inspired by you often!
