I combined it with Vicky's challenge to the CCEE Stampers this week, to use the Stamp Etching tutorial.
For my base I masked off most of the card and stamped French Script, then added some colour with Gelatoes and my finger-tips. I scored above and below it, making a slight boo-boo because I was working from the back, so I added an extra score line and some gems ;-). The sentiment is from Carte Postale.
I used a Sweet and Sassy Stamps flower image and added lots of etching lines to it, and then just popped it up on foam. Originally I had it straight, but I actually like it better tilted!

I was wondering how you accomplished your french script strip, Sabrina--very cool technique, and I like the added score line with the gems...happy accident. The flower looks classy and I think that font on the "bonjour" is my fave font. Love it in the Happy Harmony set, too.

Wow, what a beautiful card. I love the etching. I had to go look at the tutorial. Who knew a black and white bloom could look so pretty! Thanks for a great challenge. It was fun to see what all the foreign sentiments meant in English.

STUNNING! I love this design! Simply, but simply beautiful. Love the scoring and soft undefined coloring. The etched flower and gems are just the "touche finale parfait"!

I always score down first so that I can see it and then flip my card over and rescore. Otherwise - argh...too nerve-wrecking! I love the hints of color through the sentiment - it's there but lets your awesome flower take center stage.
