Robin's F4A challenge was to create a COLD winter card using the wrinkle free distress tutorial AND adding Kosher salt when we made our bg. To make it even colder, I added toothbrush snow.

Hello neighbour! Great card....love the look you achieved with your bkg. Wonderful as always.
It is a snowstorm here and I am staying put with my little people. We have been inside all week making lots of 'winter' crafts.
hugs,

This is amazing Sallie!!! Your bg is phenomenal. I can't imagine quite how you did that. I haven't checked into the technique yet. This looks like a print. Pure perfection.

Oh wow Sallie, this is so amazingly beautiful!!!! I love the feeling of extreme cold when I look at this! It is NOT easy to make art SPEAK and give feelings of "something"...well, I guess it can speak to you but to make it speak a specific language is hard I think. The only thing you can imagine when looking at this is FREEZING!! I love it! Thank you so much for sharing your amazing talent in our F4A challenge!

Talk about depicting cold! You have such a wonderful talent for realism in your artwork, something I love to see! What a beautiful job you did with this stamp and the shading! Love that winter background!
