LOL...hey that makes me think of myself when I try to sew. How fun is this and a HUGE help for the girls...So neat how you combined the challenges, those colors are so pretty together....Hey you have me inspired, I do have my sewing machine out as I had to TRY to add a couple inches to a skirt for work. was the right length, but shrunk so bad. So am going to try and sew on a card, what a better way to start then with a country card...TY for joining us in this fun hootenanny...;0)...TFs..:0)

Hey, how did you suddenly appear in between Jennifer and me!! I knew that we'd have real sewing on your card - but what a fantastic image you found, too. I've not seen that one before and the sentiment made me giggle because there's nothing I hate more, when sewing, than discovering my bobbin has run out half way through a seam. And it's even worse on cards when it's harder to pick up evenly again...
Love your pieced background and twill tape. Granny Rose and you will help the girls run up two pretty dresses in no time at all!

Awesome card, Pat!! Love how your BG looks like a quilt - guess Granny Rose is pulling out every piece of material she owns to decide which to use!! - your sewing looks fabulous, as always, and the fabric flowers and tape measure are perfect for embellies!!
