This is for IC454 - Design Seeds. I was inspired by the colors in the Global Brights photo. I smooshed several colors of Distress inks on my craft mat and spritzed them with a mister. Then I placed the water color paper on the inks and slightly moved the paper up and down and side to side to blend the colors. I stamped the Altenew Ori Kami fish with Antique Linen distress ink and water colored them using the wet on wet technique for the bodies. After the bodies were dry I watercolored the fins and tails. This gives the folded paper look. I cut out the fish by hand and adhered them with foam squares. The bubbles are from a Winnie & Walter set as well as the sentiment. Final touches were adding a few sequins to the bubbles and coloring the fish and sentiment with my Wink of Stella clear glitter brush pen.
ETA: I replaced last night's photo with a better one taken in daylight!

I was sure the fish were folded! You have made the sea colour perfectly with the technique you explained so well. This card will certainly raise a smile. Love it!

This is the coolest card ever. Not only do I love how you achieved your brilliant color palette, I love your fish. Such a clever design. Into my faves :-)

This card is just awesome! You make me want to hunt down ALL those delightful stamps! It is your techniques on this that brought them to life! The bubbles, sequins and the fabulous way you colored those fish make this card look phenomenal! I really thought those fish were folded. Outstanding!

Oh, what a cleaver card. I make origami (or at least I used to) and I thought these really were paper folded fish...they look fantastic. I love the colors and the sequine bubbles.
