I found this neat piece of handmade paper in my stash and decided that it should be used.. to-day! I am very sorry that the amazing sparkle of the paper doesn't show up very well in the photo. It's really glittery...honest... The background die is from Dee's Distinctively dies and the lotus is from Elizabeth Craft Designs. I cut the scalloped circle from a spellbinders die but I didn't have a smaller circle to fit the inside so I dug out my very old EKSuccess circle cutter.. and presto! This children is what us 'old timers' used way before die-cuts were invented!..hard to imagine I know...really!!! LOL I found just enough ribbon in my scrap pile to fit the bill. Lucky!!!!

This is just pure elegance! I love the handmade paper, which I know is really beautiful IRL, and the dies you used look wonderful together.
Oh, and another old-timer, here. I still have both my Coluzzle and my Creative Memories cutting system, and every once in awhile I need to pull them out to get the perfect size!

I have a Stampin'up circle cutter! Oh, and I know you wouldn't lie to me, so I really do believe that your paper sparkles ever so nicely.....I just have to use my imagination this time! Black and gold are a perfect combination for your pretty flower, Sue! As I said before, "Never a dull moment in your household~ Hugs to-day!

I was LOLing at how you dug out your EKSuccess circle cutter - I still have those, too, and also the oval ones, and yes, I still use them from time to time! As always, your card is flawlessly executed, Sue...Love the rich colors and the die-cut elements!
