I was so excited when I saw Nancy's name as this week's Queen!! She is so deserving of this honor not just for her cards (they are brilliant...I'm the lucky recipient of one!) but she is a big supporter of others on SCS. She makes everyone feel like special..she's our biggest fan and cheerleader. I chose one of the earliest cards in her lovely gallery. I loved the child's image and thought it had a Scandinavian look to it so I went with my stamp of this Nordic child. Nancy is a known for her stitching on cards (OMGosh...her stitches are so perfect) so I had to include some on mine. Here's to you my friend..enjoy your week as Queen!!

You honored her with style....this is fantastic. Your words are so true of Nancy. I'm so glad we finally got to put those winter clothes away like your child image is wearing. tfs

Polly, you are one of the most innovative and creative designers I have seen! This image is fantastic! I've always enjoyed your vintage stamps and often try and find the sites for them! I love the stitches and the delightful combination of background papers! Thanks so much for this honor! I have your card framed in my scrap room so I can continue to enjoy it daily!

Awesome card and case Polly, I also felt like I needed to do some stitching... Nancy just brings it out of us I guess... Darling image.... I just bought two vintage children stamps on ebay. (Charles Dickens type) I am hoping to use them this year for Christmas cards
