Anne is our new hostess for June, over at CCEE Stampers. For her first challenge, she must have been doing a little research ;-) as this is what she says: The first Monday in June is Bank Holiday in Ireland. In honor of our member from the Emerald Isle, please make a card using cash, coins or green.
Monday was indeed a Bank Holiday (these days just a public holiday for most people, originally what it says on the tin!). I don't believe I have any cash-related stamps, and while I have plenty of fun designs for dollar bill origami, the smallest dollar denomination available from the banks here is $20, and our notes (bills) are a totally different proportion.
So - green it is.
Magical masking tape for the base, stamped, image coloured with pencils, highlighted with a white gel pen and Glossy Accents added to the berries. I added some Liquid Pearls, and then trimmed the layer down slightly, sponged the edges with green and added it to a card base.
If you want to flash the cash or go green, be sure to share your card on the blog or in the gallery here using the keyword.
