Thank you Dawn for such a fun challenge and a good reason to go in search of my MS fringe scissors.
I used 2 different Julie Nutting doll stamps - the long skirt is from a different stamp. After fringing with Martha's scissors, I spritzed the skirt with a lot of water, rolled the finged bit around a cylinder, then placed it outside in the sun to dry.
I am still obsessed with last weeks MIX59 challenge, hence the background. This time I added torn bits of an old dictionary and gesso.
I had so much fun making this. Thank you for looking.

What can I say that others have not said! You truly are amazing and watching you work would be a privilege! This is incredible, fabulous, and ok, I am out of adjectives! You have mastered techniques I have not even thought of yet. Love that image, susie, and everything you did to create your background and awesome skirt!

Wow, what a great fringe skirt! Your technique turned out to look terrific. Love the girl stamps. Great bkgrd, too. Like the way the layers peek through. As always, you've created another wonderful piece of art.

Fabby, Susie. I was thinking of a fringed skirt - but I don't know whether to even try after seeing this beauty. I love her little jacket with the liquid pearl buttons, too .
