I took my inspiration from this gorgeous Peacock Silk Pillow Cover. The feathers from the new Taylored Expressions set called Wispy Wishes were stamped with Versamark, embossed with white ep, and cutout with the coordinating dies called Wispy Feathers. The background was created with the TE Ruffle My Feathers cutting plate...it was cut out of Not Quite Navy card stock and layered over black card stock. Rhinestones were added along with the white hemp cording to finish it off. TFL!!

Oh my good Heavens............what a jaw-dropper this beauty is. Until I read your description I didn't know if the blue background was DSP or actually 3D. Wonderful.........
