Well, I must say a cheerio yee ha for our newest queen for the day, sistersandie...I fell in love with your crisp, clean, CAS style when you were recently featured stamper! My card has a combination of several your cards this snowy card and movember. When I saw the sketch challenge for the week, I couldn't help but dig out my big mouthed man...thanks Janette for this very cool sketch. I didn't know eXaCtLy what would be spouting from his mouth, but when Michelle issued a call for snow with the Ways to Use it, I remember how it never fails, child or adult...if snow is falling I want some to fall on my tongue! And thank you Wendy for todays' F4A203 Pay it Forward Challenge...I can't wait to slip this in the mail this afternoon.
I stamped big mouth with VersaColor, fussy cut and popped him above my netting. His pearly whites have three layers of SignoBall white gel ink. The snow falling are three different snowflake stamps...the larger one is unknown red rubber, the other two are from Oxford Impressions.
I adore the sentiment from Prickly Pear:
The color of springtime is in the flowers,
the color of winter is in the iMagiNatIoN!
Isn't that the truth?????
Big mouth man eyes' and tie are kissed with Copics...
The wide panel is a strip of winter silvery netting and I tucked felt snowflakes behind said man, and in front of the sentiment panel. I broke up the sentiment to allow the brain time to process the meaning of the quote.
So do tell, how'd I do? And what do you think of the quote??? Thanks for leaving a comment...it blesses me so very much.
And to SisterSandie...so happy you are in the queenly spotlight this week!!!
