Ky's MIX45 challenge today is to use Versamark with chalks. While this isn't the card I was planning to make for Linda's WT456 Script challenge, it seemed to me that they'd go well together.
So I put away my floral stamp and pulled out Medallion. I used two blue chalks, purple and a hint of pink. While I do have some pan chalks, I also have a couple of boxes of unsaleable broken chalk pastels, so in this case I just scraped them over the stamped image with a knife, and then lightly brushed the resulting powder into the image. A quick spray with fixative and I was nearly done. Matted on black and stuck to an embossed white base, finished off with Prima hydrangeas. I inked the ef with Antique Linen to bring up the cream in the book page - stark white was too strong a contrast.

WOW Sabrina, this is beautiful! Love the bg, very cool. Love the image and how you did your chalking. I must give that one a try. Your flower brings it altogether making for one fabulous card. TFS :0)
