It is hard to believe that it has almost been a year since my oldest DD's wedding! For their anniversary, I took a leftover wedding invite and gave it a couple of coats of Gesso. Here's the original invitation. I had the rosette and a couple of the papers leftover from a banner I made for the head table at the wedding. The third strip is a piece of Eggplant stamped with Whisper White ink. Today's sketch was perfect for my card! I used a piece of the last teensy bit of ribbon left from making the invitations and stamped my sentiment in Eggplant.

This is a very beautiful 1st Anniversary card, Gail - it will certainly mean so much to the couple with the recycled wedding invitation, ribbon etc. used. I love the colouring and your rosette is gorgeous!!
