For today's Technique Challenge ( TLC440 ), we are to pick one of the first 50 Technique Challenges. I chose TLC36 , Keeping it Simple. So this is a very simple card. Especially since I already had the two long rectangles cut and just sitting there..even the little oval window was already cut.
In the oval window, I added a little dragonfly button I turned into a charm by going over it w/ a silver leafing pen & added some stickles. After coloring the fish w/ Copics & cutting him out, I attached him to the card and drew a little water line and added some gems. The card is 5.50 x 4.25.

Julie, this is such a beautiful card!! I love your rectangle layers with the cut out window with the gorgeous dragonfly!! I also love the pop of gorgeous blue with your fish!!
