Today's challenge....color blocking. This card is 5x6.5 inches. I cut out two of the strips 2 inches, and the middle 1 inch. Sponged clouds, and the other strips. I wanted the strips to represent the sky, soil and grass for my image. Stamped the image. Cut out with a nestie, and then framed it with black. Repositioned and adhered with dimensionals. tfl. Hope you can play along.

Oh WOW!!! I just logged on and saw your gorgeous card! Linda, this is stunning! Your colors are so rich! The way you raised the oval out of the scene is so cool! Your silhouetted farm scene reminds me of where I grew up in Northern Missouri. Fantastic!!! LOVE every inch!!!

Gorgeous, Linda! Love the spotlighting technique with the color blocking, and of course I love this image...so reminiscent of Lancaster County and others across our nation!
