This week our cards are going to Karin and her family in California. She is not doing well and we were asked to make Thinking of you or Praying for you cards as get well cards may not be appropriate at this time. Also, we were asked to use a quilt theme.
LOL okay, the scallops didn't work exactly like I thought they would, hope this still looks enough like a quilt! The flowers at the bottom are snipped off of the bouquet and I layered them. I thought the sentiment was nice since quilts keep you warm
Thanks for taking a peek!

Hi Kathleen!! Gosh our cards are almost alike! What great minds hey? I think the scallops worked very well. I love your colors and the little flowers attached to your sentiment circle. I struggled a little with what to do for a sentiment and then where to put it. I didn't even think to do what you did. I love it!!!!

Kathleen, no worries, I think your quilt turned out JUST RIGHT!!! You found the perfect sentiment too - I love the scalloped squares - just a "softer" look than regular squares - you have done it again - come up with a real winner!

What a gorgeous quilt, Kathleen! A reminder that I need to quit being a couch potato and go finish my tea party card. Lovely work, my dear!
