Here is my card for the CAS challenge today; use your piercing tool. I masked an oval, stamped the tulips then sponged on blue Distress ink. The flowers are coloured using Copic markers. I think the piercing adds a nice border to finish it all off.

Karen, when I look at your card two words come to mind: clean and precise. Gorgeous coloring of the two tulips with beautiful aqua shading behind them in the oval.

I love the way you colored your beautiful tulips!! The oval is very nice looking and yes, especially with the piercing that sets it off nicely!! Great job with the challenge Karen!!

So pretty! There is something about an oval shape to set the tone for florals. I heart your artistry BTW.

Beautiful colours and colouring for your tulips! And the piercing adds a wonderful border without adding layers or weight to the card - I'll have to remember that.
