Janette has given us a terrific sketch which will be open to many possibilities. For the two bg panels, I used a Gelli scrap for one and embossing for the other. My main floral was inked with various colors then misted with water before stamping.

OMGoodness, Sallie. I believe this is the first time I have seen sequins used on a card, not that someone else hasn't used them and I missed it. Terrific idea! A beautiful monochromatic card in beautiful shades of blue

Your bg panels are as beautiful as your image! WOW..gorgeous! I especially like the middle one..it reminds me of seeing rocks through a clear stream. Love the sequins, too..I'll have to find mine..lol!
