This week the Teapotters are headed to Wisconsin, to bring some good thoughts and cheer to Jean. Cancer has once again been found in Jean. Jean loves to make others happy, so now it's time for the Teapotters to make Jean happy.
We were to bring cactus, flowers, and or hairdresser themed cards. I have no hairdresser stamps, and have some cactus stamps, but they've been used before, so I went with a flower and leaves.
This card seemed to take forever. I tried several flowers, several layouts and such, none of them really working. The flowers needed some leaves so I die cut a bunch in white and green. This is what I came up with in the end. The sentiment is ODBD. This is a great set of sentiments. I sponged some light yellow around the edge of the lacy oval, but most of it got covered when I added the leaves.
I hope all these wonderful cards bring a lot of cheer to Jean.

What soft, delicate, serene colours, Jennifer! Love the pretty lace and all the dimension you've given the leaves with the gentle curling. The meaningful sentiment is framed so beautifully!
