Here's my card for the SCS March Christmas Card Challenge - to use found items in your stash.
This post shows one card - the neighboring post shows the 6 cards all together!
My found items are a print out of this card by Antje that I had printed in 2010 when she posted it on her blog - as well as a box of the red felt reindeer that I had purchased at Border Books several years ago. I now remember I printed a copy of Antje's card because I knew I had the same reindeer and I loved her card!
Fast forward to 2013 and I'm finally making the cards! I made 6 of them since I had 6 red reindeer (I also have pink, green and blue ones but those will be for another day!)
I changed it a bit by stamping all of the snowflakes in red (she used white on the smaller ones) and I made my banner white instead of kraft. I also added a rhinestone to the center of the big snowflake and left off a button she put on the reindeer.
I'm also entering this in Joan's TLC challenge - to use circles - I die cut a circle out of my scalloped square! (and the snow flakes could be considered circles if you drew around the outside edge of each one??!!)

Your snowflake circles look sooo pretty, Julia, and I love how you framed the large one in the middle and added the cute little red reindeer....sooo awesome, gf!!!!!

Super way to use the circle and isn;t it great when you can use up the negative space left when you've punched or die cut a shape! Really cute card especially with the felt critter ( I think it looks like a moose) that everyone else calls a reindeer. Whatever it is, it's very cute.

These are cute reindeer, but I don't know if you should seperate them from their other colored brothers! They may rebel from the seperation! Cute card - love the red and kraft combination and the frame of white really is a great accent!
