I was looking at the challenge cards and followed the link to read the story.
I needed a " Get well" card.
So this is my first participation in the Teapot Tuesday Challenge.
The image is from the internet, printed on photo paper several times so I could cut it to make the image in several layers.
For further decoration a I embroidered a square around the cup with roses ans added rhinestones and a few butterflies

Welcome to the tea potters! Be sure to grab a cookie or two on the way in. This is cute and clever to do and cut several and put down for dimension and do love the background!!!
wow you embroidered the flourishes? They are gorgeous! Love the dimensional tea cup with roses. Perfect. Welcome to the teaparty! Rumor has it newbies get extra cookies. I never did, but maybe you will find them.
