Oh my, poor Millicent's garden is in horrible disarray. The beneficials are partying in the hedgerow and ignoring their duties. I'm sending Henry my most loyal gnome over to help keep them from shirking their duties. If you want to know what I'm jabbering about, check it out here:
My gnomes are all very well behaved but Gustav is rather short and doesn't have an authoritative air, Silvan is rather old and doesn't see well since his glasses are broken and Mikhael has an esteem problem; so Henry is on the way. Most gnomes have a reputation for orneriness and mischief but mine are in the front yard and must behave or they go to the back yard. They don't want to go back there cuz that is where the chickens live. Did you know that chickens hate gnomes? Well, Mikhael's esteem prob comes from part of one ear being pecked off by Henrietta (my bully hen). I've refused to get him plastic surgery cuz it's a good reminder to the others what will happen if they get sent to the back yard....AAAAHHHH, peace reigns...teehee....
TFL...

LOL. Henry looks all set to bring some order to things in your garden - no esteem problem there, I shouldn't think!! What a beautiful and whimsical garden, too - it looks just the right sort of place for a bunch of gnomes to hang out when they're off duty.

Henry looks like he means business with his hands on his hips like that, thank goodness for the twinkle in his eye! I must get me one of these gnomes (does he have cousins?)because my flower garden is a mess at home! Your card is AWESOME! Love it.

Your garden story about all the gnomes and chickens tickled my funny bone - the garden is lovely and the the gnome guarding it looks as if he will stand for NO FUNNY BUSINESS! Great card that I know Marian will love!
