This is for the new Mix-ability challenge. I am so excited about this challenge because I have wanted to learn about mixed media and give it a try - so this is helping me take some baby steps! The challenge is to use both shiny and matte media on your project. I painted some text patterned paper with blue acrylic paint and dried it with my heat gun. That is the matte part. I then stamped the Hero Arts Wildflower Garden image with Versamark and heat embossed it with Superior Detailed White Embossing powder. That is my shiny part. I also added a few shiny blue pearls.

wow...this turned out wonderful...I started with acrylics and think I need to thin them...it certainly didn't look this purty...love the bright bg with the white embossed garden
