I added a layer of embossed dots instead of clouds, and tied my twine at an angle. The red balloon and red pinwheel both need wind to work~!
My images are from pinwheels2stamp from The {Stamps} of Life. I love black, red, and white, and use it often for my "go to" color combo.
I stamped the pinwheel using Stephanie's Strawberry ink, and the sentiment with Licorice. I embossed the background with a Cuttlebug embossing folder, and then tied some Black Licorice Baker's Twine around the front panel. "Wheely" easy!
This is also for Technique Challenge 414: Play With Balance. I have a big pinwheel and a little pinwheel and cut my card in half with my twine, leaving a big upper space and a smaller lower space.
Thanks for taking a peek!

Ooooh, I looove this fabulous design, Judy!!! Your big and little pinwheels are adorable and dividing your background with the twine for big/small balance is such a genius idea!!!!
