Haven't played in the IC for awhile. Today I saw this handbag and knew what I had to do....pull out my new fun toy, the gelli printing plate.....details...
Made four different bg panels using acrylic paints and various stencils and tools. Cut them into four smaller panels.
Put them on white cs adding doodle stitches and gold leafing on the outside edges.
Found a cs panel that I had made long ago using a can of gold webbing spray and it worked perfect for my card base today.
Punched out five circles one out of left over made dp. Glued them altogether making it into a large button which I added ribbon to.
Well, I should be doing billing but couldn't resist playing a little before getting down to work......Have a great weekend!.....by the way, all the while I was making this card, Dusty dog was taking paper out of my craft trash basket and shredding it to pieces! So before billing I get to clean up his little mess. He is on time out right now. hehe.....TFL :0)

this is indeed very special, you really were so very creative with it. and it was one of my favorite purses on the etsy site. i was thinking of doing my card for that today using this purse but i think your work is so perfect, i'd better go a different direction. into my favorites it goes.

This card is so refreshing! I feel like I need to go find some citrus fruit! I knew the purse you used as an inspiration as soon as I saw your card. Great job!

so glad to see some gelli art cards. I bought the gelli plates but haven't had the courage to use them yet. You did a terrific job. Love all the textures and how you pulled it together. Thanks for sharing.
