Birds, blues and browns... oh my! Love them all together. I thought I had a bird stamp to add to this but it would have just cluttered it up. Here is the inspiration: http://www.etsy.com/listing/75081749...bird-on-brown?
I stamped the nest on the limb in Early Espresso, then I stamped two more nests on crumb cake and sponged them lightly with CCake ink. I punched out a small circle from the middle of one then punched out a larger circle to make a "donut". Then I punched the second crumb cake nest with the larger circle and put that on as my second nest layer with dimensionals. I lined them all up so they matched the nest on the bottom and used dimensionals #cut down# to pop the "donut" layer up even more. I fussy cut the eggs #no other way to do it# and gave them a pop with cut down dimensionals too. This makes the nest completely 3D. Then I mounted it all to a layer of crumb cake that I ran through the BShot with the woodgrain EF and used Early Espresso to sponge it. A button and some twine finish it off.

Thank you so much for going into detail on how you got the bird nest effect, I don't know how many times I scratch my head and wish someone would just write down the small details that you don't see. Thank you!!!
