I have been procrastinating making this card, It is for my Cousin Janice who's 17 year old daughter Nicole was taken from her as a result of a senseless act of violence a couple of weeks before Christmas.
I followed Sabrina's Clean and simple design and although I maintained a neutral colour combination, I kept it fairly subtle. If you are a person who prays, please keep Janice and her Family in your thoughts and prayers

Oh my goodness, Vicki, I'm so, so sorry for your loss and for your poor cousin....no wonder you couldn't face making this card.
It's very, very beautiful though, there's a serenity with the nuetral color scheme and the little ***** willow branches - lovely distressing too.

What a terribly difficult card to make, what a tragedy! I know how much this will be appreciated - I've been going through old cards this afternoon and have found the ones that I received when my mother died. The soft, neutral colours look perfect for this. I'm just sorry that you had to make it for such a sad occasion.

What a lovely and sweet case. Will keep your family in my prayers. God does hear, and heal. ((((Hugs)))) for your heart too.
