This is my card for this week's challenge to be inspired by Restoration Hardward Baby and Child suggested by gabalot (Gabby). What a place!! I was inspired by the sleigh on the wall in one of the pictures in the catalogue, but I can't get the link to work. It matters not.....my card, as it happens, looks nothing like the sleigh on the wall or anything like where I started or what I meant.....LOL!!
The "sleigh" is done with distress inks and alcohol blending solution. The embellishment is a poppy husk given to me by a friend from her garden.
TFL!

WOW WOW !!! What a showstopper Jo! This is just a wonderful piece of artwork. So very Rich, Textured, Artistic and Fabulous. I don't know the technique with the Distress inks and alcohol blending solution but I would surely love to know how you did this. Love it.

Gorgeous card, Jo. Love your "sleigh" and the beautiful warm colors that you used. The arrangement of the white veiny leaves and poppy pod make a stunning accent.
