No ducks for me, as you can see,
just this little deer, and an evergreen tree.
It's quiet in the woods today,
this lone deer is on her way,
to find a buck to be her mate,
have a family and propagate.
The little fawns all jump for joy,
they found a little duck to be their toy.
So sit back, watch and listen,
the woods are alive,
and the lake does glisten.
This week our cards are off to Winnipeg, Canada, to fellow Teapotter crystaldolphins (Charlene) Dad, Bob!
Bob has had some surgery recently and is staying in the city. He and his wife miss the wonderful countryside, so our mission is to bring the country to him.
A super easy card. I die cut the dear three time, once with the suede paper, once with black c/s and once with a tan c/s, I wanted the shading, so very little of the black and tan show. Though you cannot see it here, there is a light blue sponged in the sky area.
Sorry, there's no duck here, I couldn't find a decent stamp at Michaels either. So this will have to do.
