The Tea Party is off to Greenville, SC to bring some cheer to Tyler....a young man who is going through some serious health problems. He is receiving treatment at Johns Hopkins, and that puts a financial burden on the family. I made my donation to the cause in the form of a straw for his shake. I didn't have an image of a soda fountain glass so I had to free-hand it......don't look too closely, it's not perfect! : ) Hopefully, Tyler will enjoy it anyway. Read more and enjoy Cindy's cute story HERE.

How thoughtful, Sallie, to make the straw out of money. And what a wonderful image - I would never have known it was free hand. You are one tallented lady, and Tyler is going to love your creativity too Out the door for work :(

I'm getting hungry seeing all these strawberry shakes! What a clever way to incorporate the $. DH has some great dollar bill origami designs, so I had thought those would be fun to do, but I'm not even sure that I could get a $1 denomination here!

This is just an adorable way to help out with the family's financial burden. I think your shake looks delicious! Your coloring on the strawberry is fantastic!
