Today's WT:
Something Old: Stamp Set
Something New: Ribbon & Brads, Technique
Something Borrowed: I cased this card-IC241 Sweet One by ejkeaton at Splitcoaststampers
Something Blue: CS, Ink, Brads
I decided to try the Water Stamping technique. : ) I don't have a solid square stamp so I took the ink pads and applied directly to the paper. I actually love the results of this! I then took and spritzed water on the sheet instead of using a stamp. Stamped my image in navy, added little pearls to the stars, cut out and sponged the white circle, then punched a large Scallop circle & popped it all up. I added some baja brads to the corners and a navy ribbon. Thanks for checking out my card today! ~Roberta

What a gorgeous card, Roberta! Like that BG technique and layout and LOVE your clever way of bringing the poem to fruition! Beautiful take on both challenges.

Wow Roberta - love all the blues together for this wonderful Baby Boy card, and I agree that the background is amazing! It came out so beautifully!! Love the buttons and ribbon too - they make perfect embellies on this beauty!
