This is a combined challenge card. Denise for the CAS gave us the colors of dark blue and white. For the TLC, Judy asked us to use a background technique found in the Resources section of SCS.
I did a "brayered sky" with a little twist. I punched out snowflake masks with Eclipse tape. As I brayered my inks, I would reposition the masks frequently...giving the effect of layers as the bg color darkened.

Sallie, you made a beautiful background with this technique. This is one I will have to try Love your irridescent sparkly snowflake as well. Really shows up well in your upload.
