This the card I made for Sol, the recipient of this week's Teapot Tuesday cards! Sol and his friend Gypsy have been quarantined on their floor in 100 degree weather with no air conditioning! I thought, perfect! I will bring him a little cold refreshing snow!
This is my story:
1. I was bigtime after the extra cookies! Big time!
2. We have had the weirdest weather in Colorado. One day its 105! The next day, snow! Two feet! (just joshin') Yup, only in Colorado!
3. When it snowed, I knew the next day it would be over 100 degrees, so I ran out and quick like made a little snowman for the foreground of this card out of real snow. I knew that would get me extra cookies because we have to bring something from the outdoors and put it on our card to be awarded extra cookies!
4. I am sorry, but I don't think that I should be penalized and not get the extra cookies just because my snow man melted before I could snap this picture! I dont' think feats of mother nature should count against a teapotter that makes such an effort for the extra cookies! Don't you agree?
Sheri, can I have extra cookies? Thank you for hosting and for giving me more cookies than everyone else gets!!

Oh Mudder this scene is wonderful! Love your deer and the layers and layers of evergreen (Colorado Blue Spruce??) Great colors and patterns, hopefully enough to cool Sol down some. I would love some of that snow over here, but I think with everything that CO has had to deal with this year, y'all deserve all that you can get. And all of the extra cookies that you can get too...

What a refreshing scene.
My condolences on the loss of the snowman. You will have another chance I am sure - thought I am not sure if there are any cookies left anyway.
