The red is not quite so vibrant in real life - it's pouring rain and grey here and the camera seems to have a mind of its own!
Yikes, I was glad I looked at the gallery before I started making a card with a pennant banner - and that was after I'd read Toni's write-up for the challenge. I'm still tired from a busy city break in Paris! I thought that the banner shape would work well to echo the scarf in this image, and the dreary rainy weather helped me get in the mood for a Christmas card.
A2 base, green and red Bazzill. The green is embossed with Polka Dots.
Penny Black image stamped on watercolour paper and coloured with distress inks (forest moss, festive berries, tattered rose, soot black, vintage photo, frayed burlap) and sponged with Stormy Sky. I added Appli Glue for the falling snow.
See-D's sentiment stamped on a banner sponged with Festive Berries, and layered with another banner and a circle. The banners are slightly curved and have foam dots in a couple of places to add dimension.

Your coloring is beautiful and that includes the background. The way you did the transition from the snow to the sky is perfect. I really like these Penny Black stamps.
