This week our cards our off to Rudolph, WI to fellow SCSer Rita (scootsv) who has a mission/personal goal of contibuting to communities through the giving of hand made cards. In appreciation and with thanks, we are paying her back for being a kind and generous person!
This is the Queen of Tarts and you may think she is screaming, off with her head, but she's not. She's furious that she made 42,000 tarts that the king called for, and Jack collected, but somehow they have mysteriously gone missing. How do 42,000 tarts go missing? The Queen is screaming, Go find my Tarts!!
Image from Mo's Digital Pencil Too printed on SU's Whisper White. Colored (cased colors) with SU markers and watercolor pencils. SU's Dazzling Details used on crown. Hand drew the outline shape around the Queen, rounded corners and mounted on Basic Black. Mounted that on a layer of b/w polka dot dp from MME. Base is Calypso Coral with another layer of dp from MME. Tiny ribbon is SU's Calypso Coral. Queen of Tarts banner is computer generated.
My card will be in the mail tomorrow!

I think I can hear her all the way here - on the news they announced tomorrow is National Pie Day so maybe some will show up!
This is the perfect image, and you finished it perfectly as well.
