For this week's Teapot Tuesday, we are making birthday cards the staff at a children's hospital can use for kids who are in the hospital on their birthday. I tried to make one that would be appropriate for a wide range of ages and both boys and girls. I used the current Sketch from the Card Patterns blog, and that let me use lots of little birthday images (and those images qualify me for extra cookies!). I added some bakers twine to be the string on the balloon
this is also for Ways to Use it from last week, to use border punches.

A happy, cheerful card. Just what is needed in a hospital.
Saw you comment. It is always great fun I think to pull out old stamps and give them new life.

Looks like the party will go on and be a total success - you remembered EVERYTHING that is needed to make a child have a wonderful birthday - love all the bright colors - what a sweet thought to use a border punch for decoration!!
