Hello everyone!
Today I am playing along with a super super fun "Try a Ne Technique" challenge. It is #TLC364 and we are to use distress inks to create a background. I was just given a new stamp set from a friend that I wanted to use but it was too big for a card so I did a mixed media canvas.
I would love to know what you think about my canvas especially since I am known as a card artist. But... as the sentiment says" To live a creative life, we must loose our fear of being wrong."
For more details, please I would love it if you checked out MY BLOG.
I have created a tutorial for the Split Coast Stampers Resources forum that shows you how to do the Eggshell Mosaic that I used on the cobblestone path. You can see it HERE.
Hugs,
True

Very, very nice! I love your choice of paper piecing the house and path with light paper; they stand up beautifully against that gorgeous background. Brilliant!

Marvelous piece of art. So many aspects make me smile like the recycled print paper for the house set on the diagonal. The deep colors throughout and the quote that I relate too. TFS.
