OMG, I just LOVE this new window pane diecut. There's a small and a large one. This is the larger of the two.
I stamped my image, colored with copics, clear embossed the image and then sponged in my clouds. The colors are much more vibrant IRL! I just adhered my image to the back of the window pane and that was it. It's to give the appearance that I can actually see a lighthouse outside my window; however, it's not the outside of my window! LOL!
I decided to use 3 simple embellishments on the window sill so as to appear like an interior decorating design - only I could word it that way! I used a charm for the middle shell and real shells on either side.
I used some thread, strung it around 3 x and used a dimensional to adhere the seashell in the center. I love using real seashells on my ocean/beach/nautical related card. I used the square lattice ef for the b/g panel.
I used marina mist for the clouds and loved the way it really stood out; however, it might not look like it as much in the photo. It got kind of washed out.
Thanks for taking a look through my window pane!

Oh, what a gorgeous scene through your window, Pamzi. I wouldn't mind being right there. Great idea with the twine and shell, too. This card makes me think it is summer...dream on, huh?
Did you know that is now a window box die to go with the window? I have it ordered but it is on back order.

Absolutely love this design! Have a question, though: I have never seen the "grand madison window diecut," and I really need/want to add this to my stash of toys. After looking on my own, could you (please) tell me how/where to find this item?

Tee-hee-hee you are so funny Pamzi! Maybe they just put the window in backwards...nonetheless this is wonderful! Love your layout and beautiful coloring. The shell accent is brilliant. Beautifully done. Hugz!
