I made three of these baskets for the doctors I work for - they celebrate Chanukah which starts next Tuesday night and I'm taking the next 2 weeks off (!) so I had to get them done and delivered today!
My winter flower is made with sparkly tissue paper - you take 4 squares of tissue paper layered together, fan fold it, staple it in the middle, round both ends and fluff out the pieces - and voila! a pretty fluffy flower! (I found out how to make these on Tim Holtz blog for his 12th tag of Christmas)
I took plain blue baskets - adhered striped May Arts ribbon around the top with ScorTape, tied some sparkly yarn in a bow over the ribbon - adhered my flower and made a tag. The stamps are from Papertrey Ink. I silver embossed the images and added yellow Stickles to the flames.
I filled the basket with home made goodies.
You will find more details and can see what's inside my basket on my blog post here
