I made this for this weeks Try a New Technique challenge TLC354. I am so thrilled to be a Guest Designer for this week. Thank you Joan and Holly for giving me the chance.
For my card I cut out a green card stock with the next to largest nestabilities pennant die. Then I glued the green buttons on, wrapped some gold cording around it. The presents are just small scraps of dp that I tied some twine on.
