Holly challenged us to use our designer paper differently than we usually do. Well, I use it ALL the time, sponge it, tear it, emboss it,...but I don't usually stamp on it as part of a scene! That's what I attempted here.
I used the reflection tutorial in the resources section. The tree shadows are stamped in blue bayou and the trees in black. I had to extend the shadows to the trunks with a watercolor brush since they aren't even across the bottom. I added some white gel pen accents and dd on the tree branches and torn snow. The sky is a piece of BG dp. The entire image is sponged with island indigo...LOVE this new in color!

You know I went through my dp and never once thought to use an almost solid piece. BOY, did I mess up. This is so cool. Love your trees and the reflection you did with them. What a fabulous scene and card. Love it! TFS :0)
