Well, I don't know what the first one looked like, but this is AWESOME! Love the colors and that BG looks great!
Update: I just saw the first one you did and I love that one, too! This is such a cute set - it's hard to go wrong with it. I just ordered one. Anyway, great job on both!

Love your watercoloring and color combo. I also like how you made it so his paw looks as if it is actually holding down the balloons. Yoiu did an excellent job cuttion too! As far as what I would change...I think the black stings from the ballons are too "heavy" looking. Maybe some wire or thin white string. otherwise love it
